Solution: Market research campaign in targeted geographical areas
Motability is a Government backed scheme which allows those people in the U.K. who receive the higher rate component of Disability Living Allowance to exchange their allowance for a car.
Vauxhall required two different types of leads – those who were receiving the higher rate DLA and not yet on the scheme and who may be interested in taking a car on the scheme – and those who were already on the scheme but maybe coming to an end of their 3 year agreement and interested in a competitive vehicle from Vauxhall.
Using our own database we were able to identify consumers in the required geographical area and conduct a bespoke targeted campaign to establish whether prospects who met the relevant criteria would be interested in receiving a call from Vauxhall. Positive leads were then passed to the client.
